  I have never known of so many packages being misdelivered in my life! By some strange coincidence, on the next street over, there is a woman with the same first name and same house number as me. You would not BELIEVE how many of my packages have been misdelivered to her. And not only her, but people who just live on the same street as me. I've pointed out the name and address similarity to every carrier I've seen and called the office and asked them to make some note of it. I noticed that almost all of my packages now have a code and partial address handwritten on them, and it's gotten much better, but there's been at least 2 packages where I had to contact the company that sent them and tell them the USPS lost them. When I spoke with Mike at the office once, he actually told me that there was nothing they could do and that I had to contact the company. Didn't say anything about filing a claim or anything. Thank goodness I've dealt with some decent companies that make up for the USPS's mistakes.
