  recently my friend has purchased a hamster from your store.In doing so it was brought to my attention that your hamsters are in incorrect containment.You are using a wire mesh wheel and those wheels cause bumble foot which is a condition that causes the foot pads to become inflamed.The condition occurs when the animal’s feet become inflicted with tiny cuts and scrapes caused by a variety of environmental conditions, such as a wire mesh wheels that your store uses.
  Not to bring up that you have multiple hamsters in one cage and as we can tell my friends hamster is about a year old if not older. and hamsters are very territorial rodents and need to be alone. i can understand that you cant just have individual cages per hamster,but at the same time the hamsters you have are too old to be housed together. that causes fighting and when my friend bought his hamster he has scratches and wounds on him not to mention the start of bumble foot because of the containment you have for your hamsters.
  ways you can fix the biggest issue is
  use silent spinner wheels
  and stop housing so many older hamsters together.
  I am unaware of the bedding you use but use Care fresh its safer and will not cause respiratory infections like pine bedding and other wood chip type beddings

  Pet City had a great variety in terms of different pet products as well as brands. The store was very clean and well organized and I was able to find what I was looking for quickly. Staff was friendly and quick to answer questions and help. Prices were not bad either, overall the store was worth my while to check out. I will think twice about going to a big name brand store before heading back to Pet City.

  This pet supply store has everything you need. The owner is so very knowledgeable and he and the staff go out of their way to help. Love this store!!!
