  I wish that I had read these reviews BEFORE I signed a contract with them a year ago. Each time they came the yard looked either worse or no different than the time before. Everytime we asked them about their "guarantee" and why the yard didn't look any better, they would blame it on us. "You have a sprinkler head broken, you aren't watering enough, you are cutting your grass too short." None of those excuses were valid or true. Finally I sent them the written 30 day notice of cancellation. They called and kept trying to talk my husband in to keeping the service. We told them we were not interested. The next thing I know, they are spraying our lawn again. I called to tell them that we cancelled the service and that they shouldn't be spraying our yard and that if they charged us they need to reverse the charges. The owner, Joe, started getting ugly with me on the phone and telling me that he can't worry about one "measly" customer when he has 5,000 customers. I told him again to reverse the charges on my card and he said he would look into it then hung up on my husband. Terrible company to work with. They don 't stand behind their guarantee and they don't let you cancel their service. I had to call my credit card to dispute the charges. STAY AWAY from them!!!
