  Came to their clinic yesterday seeing I needed to know what was wrong with me then and there. Staff was really nice, don’t get me wrong, but I came in seeing I had been coughing up yellow mucus and had a sore throat. Typically, that’s a sign of some sort of infection. All the doctor said was that I have a cold, it’ll last 7-10 days and he’ll prescribe me a cough syrup. Okay, maybe I was wrong I was thinking. Come this afternoon of today, I had mucus/pus coming from my eyes. More signs of an infection, so instead I went to med express and they prescribed me everything I needed to get better at a much lower cost (seeing my insurance provided it). I’m about to sleep, but after taking the medications med express prescribed me I’m feeling 10x better than I was in less than 8 hours of starting the medication. I’d much rather see results rather than Doctors taking the easy route and striping you of some cash. It shouldn’t be a simple mistake, seeing I mentioned my concern over any infection possibilities. No test taken; just testing vitals and checking the throat and ears. I will keep Walgreens as my pharmacy and ONLY a pharmacy.

  Pharmacist takes it upon himself to fill or not fill a prescription based on a whim. Pharmacist are not privy to your doctor and your information or your conversations and I feel should not be able to decide what he feels is safe in an unsafe. Mind you there is no law preventing pharmacist from doing this it's a policy. But as a consumer I also have a right to use another Pharmacy for my prescriptions. Secondarily they only have a quota of certain medications they have per month which runs out before the month is up leaving you in a lurch when you take medications like Xanax which you cannot stop abruptly. This is one of the most poorly managed stores Pharmacy Wise and store wise I've ever attended. They're constantly running out of controlled substances and makes you wonder where they are going

  Wish I could give no stars. We’ve been waiting over 4 hours for an antibiotic to be filled. Absolutely ridiculous.

  If they offered a zero stars I would choose that. Asked for non-generic specifically. They still gave generic (my script and insurance called for non-generic.) Had to have the medicine that day and they refused to do anything about it that night and wouldn't take back. If this were the only time they were awful it would be excusable. Absolute worst pharmacy alive. They act like they are doing a favor waiting on you. If you hate your job so badly, get a new one. My day is worse after interacting with your employees. You are not good at your jobs. I have no idea why I don't go somewhere else. There are a billion pharmacies around.
